I must say what a horrible experience with FTD over Mother's Day. I placed an order a week prior to Mother's Day for my daughter who lives 2500 miles away, spending $100 the sight asked for a date for delivery since my daughter worked the weekend I choose the Friday before. Friday came and went made numerous try's at the track your order on the website would not work constantly said out for delivery. No delivery came so upon calling the 800 number I was told the flowers did not clear customs so it would be Monday for delivery. Monday's not working my daughter works 12 hour shifts and her client is 100 degrees. Wonder why I could not have gotten an email prior to Friday making me aware of the situation. I will never spend money with FTD again I felt their promises are about as trustworthy as a bucket with hole that someone says sure it holds water..

I will no longer be using this company. I had sent a sympathy arrangement and paid the highest price for the chosen arrangement because to lose a loved one is devastated. When the person who received the arrangement sent me a picture to thank me, I was appalled by the arrangement. It had the same flower types; however, the arrangement was so sparse! I immediately went to the FTD customer service online because their phone number doesn't work, and had a long conversation about the discrepancy. The customer service representative said she would have the florist resend the arrangement (I even have screenshots of our conversation). Then days go by, I check back with the recipient, to find out that they NEVER resend the arrangement! What you actually receive is different from the picture of their website! This company is dishonest and misrepresenting the product. The flowers were for someone who is grieving - FTD should be the very shame of their unethical practice.

My husband ordered some flowers for my mother in law for Mothers Day and she called us to thank us for the flowers and to tell us they all came wilted!!! Are you serious how embarrassing!!! When you spend that much money to send flowers they better not be wilted!! I can not recommend FTD to anyone. I will never use FTD again pathetic!!!!

Worst online scam company

This company is a scam. You pay and they do NOT deliver! Buyers beware! Reviews everywhere will show this!

Horrible Service! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Constructive Feedback-
(1) Do your job, deliver flowers when you claim on the purchase order when they will be delivered.
(2) Stop making false claims - IF YOU CAN NOT DELIVER THE FLOWERS, then don't take the order in the first class. Being truthful to your customers would be helpful. It shouldn't take 24 hours for the customer to learn through a generic email the flowers can't be delivered for a funeral. You can't change a funeral date or time. Proposing to deliver them the next day is going to work - What kind of customer service is that?
(3) Don't Lie! If a customer orders flowers in a vase or basket, that's what they want. They DO NOT want to hear that you're going to put some cut flowers in a box and drop it off at someone's doorstep. What kind of customer service is that?
(4) My own experience is terrible. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a widow, who lost her husband, who was a firefighter/EMT on Saturday. At 2:00 p.m. on Saturday I received a generic email from FTD that flowers could not be delivered. The first explanation that I was given that the flowers could not be delivered because they were in a basket. OK, so then don't ADVERTISE flowers in a basket if you service providers do not carry that basket. I was "PROMISED" by the Customer Service Rep that if I picked another type of holder ( a vase) that the FLOWERS WOULD BE DELIVERED ON SUNDAY! So I order another set of FLOWERS FOR SUNDAY. Sunday 2:00 p.m. no delivery. Called customer service again. Different person, same response, so sorry, but FTD can not deliver flowers. Wait a minute, was I just promised on Saturday that the flowers would be delivered on SUNDAY??? What the deliver and answer can change by just talking to a different person at customer service??? What kind of customer service is that? I just hope and pray I don't have to spend any more time with organization to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS ORGANIZATION! Contact a local florist and hopefully they can meet their delivery deadlines, because this organization can not.

I ordered my Mother's Day flowers a bit…

I ordered my Mother's Day flowers a bit late, my bad, first delivery day was the 5/11 which I KNOW I selected. On the 11th I checked my order status and it had been changed to the 18th so I called and they rescheduled for today, 5/13. I checked just now and AGAIN IT HAD BEEN DELAYED TO THE 14TH. This is entirely unacceptable. I've never had an issue with FTD before but it seems they have become entirely unreliable and a tad shady.

Email said my order was 'delivered' but when i called, said 'cancelled

I ordered flowers for my mother in law for mother's day. I got an email saying they were delivered. My husband called his mom to get her reaction and she said she didn't get anything. He called FTD and was told the order was cancelled. We were never notified of that - and obviously "delivered" is not an indication that an order was cancelled.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

I placed a $150 order for Mother’s Day, which was supposed to be delivered on 5/7. I received an email on 5/7 that the order was delivered at 12:40 PM but by 9:00PM, my mother still did not receive her gift. I called 2x on 5/7 and was told as a courtesy, my money would be refunded and the order would be delivered on 5/8. I followed up today, on 5/8 and spoke with 3 different associates and finally a manager who told me no courtesy order would be delivered since a refund had been processed. THE MANAGER OFFERED ME A $20 COUPON TO PLACE ANOTHER ORDER. MY MOTHERS DAY GIFT IS RUINED WHY WOULD I PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY? WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

flowers arrived dead falling apart called to complain and put on hold 3 times and was disconnected bad customer service do not buy from them they do not care about the customer lost $150.00 with them

Worst customer service ever

I ordered flowers to be delivered for Mothers Day. I chose FTD Flowers because they said delivery on a Sunday was possible. Today I received an email telling me delivery was not possible, and I had the choice of cancelling the delivery or having it delivered later. I chose a later delivery; minutes later, I received an email saying my order had been cancelled. When I called customer service to correct their mistake, they told me I would need to resubmit the order. I would need to do the leg work to correct their error. When I called my mother in tears to explain what happened, she guessed immediately it was FDT Flowers. She'd had the same experience, and never received a refund despite multiple emails to their customer service department. I will never use this company again.

Don't have what you wanted, but this will do.

Ordered a yellow rose plant for my mom, web site said was available. The day before the delivery they changed my order and notified me by email saying we've chosen something different for your mom because we don't have what you ordered. They chose quite possibly the most unattractive flower to replace it with. I didn't have an opportunity to choose for myself and couldn't be more disappointed with FTD.
Never again, I will NEVER use FTD again and they ruined my mother's day gift.
PS. Another company who has sent call centers overseas taking away American jobs.
I HOPE YOU WILT AND DIE FTD!

Wife's Birthday

Order Flowers for my Wife's Birthday. They were finally Delivered, came way late and the Birthday celebration was over. Also to top it off the arrangement was missing a Rose.
Please do not use this service

FAILED TO DELIVER

FTD aka "FAILED TO DELIVER". If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a complete failure. I ordered flowers days ahead of time for my mother's birthday and never received them today, the day of her birthday. When I looked into it, they said "an attempt was made by the florist but was unsuccessful". Where was the attempt? Everyone has been home all day and multiple deliveries have come but not mine. How embarrassing. They did state they would send the next day with a free upgrade but I declined and wanted a full refund after I have lost all trust in the company and the florist, whoever they are. They will not release florist information so you will not be able to contact the florist directly to find out where your order is. BEWARE!

TERRIBLE. It is a foreign call center and the reps read sympathetic scripts when you have an issue. Do NOT use this company for your floral needs.
